Q: How long will it take?
A: This varies depending on the item.
Q: Can you use material I provide?
A: I understand sometimes we have special items to be incorporated into gifts. Unfortunately because I don’t want to risk damaging such an important item, I would prefer not to use anything other than store bought material.
Q: Where do you ship to?
A: I ship within the United States, but not to post office boxes. Shipping is an additional cost and will depend on your location and how you want it sent.
Q: Is tax included?
A: Tax is an additional cost.
